Caught this little gem over at always excellent Hot Air, this video comes courtesy of Americans for Limited Government. I agree with Allahpundit, it does run a little long, but I don’t know if that mitigates any of its impact. The video does a nice job of picking away at Progressive and Liberal causes, pointing out how they are counter to American prosperity.

What I would really like to see is a documentary about the Spotted Owl segment mentioned in the video. Heck, I’d even settle for a spoof of environmentalists. Can you imagine the hilarity of watching an environmentalist stopping highway construction, displacing human beings from their homes and preventing the collection of natural resources in the name of protecting an animal that was being killed off by other animals instead of humans? Yeah, now that I think about it, I don’t find it very funny either.
